Application

  • We along with our partners GAP Project Srl are producing the most technologically advanced equipment for the Denim Industry. Our Rope Coiler is used for refilling the coiler cans with rope after the dyeing process. The system is fully automatic with 3 groups of 8 trumpets each that can work stand alone one from each other.

Features

  • Microprocessor control system with Touch Panel.
  • Recipe software to memorize more articles machine setup parameters.
  • 8 trumpets per group.
  • One main motor along with independent motors for each group to avoid mechanical chains leading to greasing of the ropes.
  • Smart refilling of the Coiler Can (30% plus) with the possibility to regulate the satellite speed and the final shape of the Coiler Can while ensuring:
    Stability during Coiler Can transportation.
    Quality in rope extraction from the Can in the following process of Long Chain Beamer.
