Application

  • ALMAC has designed and developed Fabric Batching Machines to suit all types of applications. These machines can either be used independently or can be combined with any other processing machine. Our Brushing & Beating Machine can be combined with these machines which allow removal of lint from the fabric. We engineer machines that allow batching of any type of woven fabrics and are designed to control tension in the most elastic to heaviest fabrics like industrial textiles weighing up to 1000 gsm.

  • Various models available allow Input from Plaited, Small Rolls & / or Large Rolls and Output in Small Rolls, Large Rolls & / or Batch on A-Frames
  • Forward & Reverse (not full) movement of fabric

  • Piece End Detector automatically stops machine
  • High entry with E+L Guiders for Centering of fabric
  • Tensioning device and guide rollers add adequate amount of tension in fabric
